To request a return, you need to submit a request. All the details can be found in our return policy.

Please note: The return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Log in to your account

Log into your account by clicking on the profile icon in the shop navigation or through the new customer account URL:

You will need to enter your email address and use a six-digit confirmation code sent to your email.

Select your order

After logging in, click on the order you wish to return.

Choose items to return

If the order contains multiple items, you can select the specific items you want to return.

Provide a return reason

Select a reason for the return and optionally add a note.

Submit the request

Finally, click “Submit Request” to send your return request.

After submitting the request

We will review your request within 24 hours on weekdays and within 72 hours on weekends. If the return is approved, you will receive an email with detailed return instructions, including the return address. If the return is denied, we will also inform you via email.

Important: You will receive an automated email immediately after submitting the request, asking you to provide photos of the product, packaging, and all attachments. Please reply to this email within 7 days to complete the return process.
